专利摘要:
A resistance roll-welding machine for welding workpieces moving in a predetermined feed direction, comprising two superimposed electrode rolls to which there is delivered welding current by means of a device for transmitting current from a stationary part to a rotating part. One of the electrode rolls is mounted at a pivotably movable overhang arm or cantilever. The overhang arm, at which there is pivotably mounted the one electrode roll, extends essentially transversely with respect to the feed direction of the workpieces and is pivotable about a pivot shaft extending in spaced relationship from said one electrode roll and transversely to the axis of rotation thereof. The overhang arm or cantilever comprises a housing mounted in the machine frame to be pivotable about said pivot shaft and a shaft member which is rotatably mounted in the housing. The shaft member has a free end which carries the one electrode roll. The housing forms the stationary part and the shaft the rotating part of the device for the current transmission.

专利说明:

The invention relates to equipment for resistance seam welding, for example shells, from which cans are made.
A known machine for contact * seam welding, comprising a two-arm lever mounted on a swing axis mounted on a bed and carrying a roller electrode mounted for rotation around its' θ longitudinal axis, covering a two-arm lever, a current supply housing and a tube for cooling the roller electrode fluid, mounted inside the two-shouldered lever concentrically to him [1J. .15 A disadvantage of the known machine is that when welding the seams of the shells with the introduction of the shells between the two roller electrodes, the upper movable roller electrode rises, and due to its large mass there is a significant accelerating force, which can be more than 50% welding force I At a higher feedrate, this ratio increases. In addition, when the shell passes between the rollers, grooves or notches appear at the beginning of the seam, leading to marriage.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the welded joint by reducing the inertia of the moving nodes.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the current-carrying case is mounted on the bed with the possibility of swinging on the swing axis of the two shoulders of the lever, the two shoulders of the lever is hollow and is equipped with an additional tube mounted concentrically to the first tube with the formation of an internal hollow annular space between the first tube and the inner surface of the additional tube and the outer annular cavity between the outer surface of the additional tube and the inner surface of the two shoulders lever for supplying coolant to the roll a spherical electrode, the distance between the roller electrode and the swing axis of the two shoulders arm is at least three times greater than the distance from the edge of the current supply housing facing the roller electrode to the swing axis of the two shoulders arm along the longitudinal axis of the said arm.
In FIG. 1 schematically shows the console, front view and its attachment to the machine bed; in FIG. 2 console, top view and drive of the roller electrode; in FIG. 3 is a cross section Α-Ά in FIG. 1; in FIG.
- section of the front end of the console. The contact seam machine contains a frame 1 on which a two-armed lever 3 is mounted on the swing axis · * with rotation (rotation around its longitudinal axis. Two-armed lever 3 is hollow and carries the upper roller electrode 4. 10
The roller electrode 4 is mounted at an angle C to the feed direction of the part to be welded 5 (the feed direction 'is shown by arrow B). The angle </ serves to ensure that the welded edges 15 of the part 5 reliably remain in the ’’ overlap ’position during welding when the part 5 is located between the top, the roller electrode and the lower roller electrode b. The current-carrying body 20 of the housing 7 covers a two-arm lever and is mounted with a possibility of swinging on the axis 2, while the swing axis is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the roller electrode 4, and the distance a from the RFL-25 of the new electrode 4 to the axis of swing 2 is at least three times 'what is the distance in from the edge of the current-supply housing , facing toward the roller electrode 4, to the swing axis 2 along the longitudinal axis of the two shoulders lever 3.'
A two-armed lever 3 is mounted in bearings 8 in the housing 7. In the annular gap 9 between the two-armed lever 4 and the current-carrying housing 7 there is an electrically conductive fluid, such as mercury, for transmitting current from the housing 7 to the two-armed rotating arm
3.
The housing 7 is connected to the current supply 4Q bus 10, and the transfer of welding pressure to the roller electrode 4 is provided by the spring 11.
Double-arm lever 3 is formed with a central tube 12 for discharging the cooling fluid and additional trub- che Coy 13 mounted concentrically with the tube 12, the inner annular space between the tube 14 and the inner surface of the tube is filled with air, and the outer kol- · "2 tsevaya cavity 15 between the outer surface of the tube 13 and the inner surface of the two shoulders of the lever 3 serves to supply coolant.
Two shoulders lever 3 through a disk clutch 16, providing angular displacement, is connected with an intermediate pipe 17 through which the inlet and outlet channels and 19 pass through and through for coolant. 60
The intermediate pipe 17, in turn, through another coupling 20 is connected to the hollow drive shaft 21, while the inlet and outlet channels 18 and pass through this shaft; 65
The roller electrode 4 consists of a flange 22, integral with the lever 3, connected to the flange 22 by screws 23, and a disk 24, while an annular electrode 25 is placed between the disk 24 and the flange 22. The hollow space 26 is connected to the channels for the coolant.
The machine operates as follows.
When the two-arm lever 3 rotates, the roller electrode 4 rotates, providing welding of the product 5, while the current is supplied to the roller electrode through the housing 7.
The housing 7 with a sharp two-shouldered lever 3 located therein represents the bulk of the weight of the moving units, which is concentrated on the swing axis 2, since the lever 3, as well as the roller electrode 4, are hollow.
Made with monolithic walls and therefore a heavy casing 7 having between the two rolling bearings almost the same wall thickness, represents the stationary part of the device for transmitting current, while the two-arm lever 3 is a rotating part of this device for transmitting current.
The two-armed lever 3 makes a reciprocating movement '(forward and backward) in the plane of the perpendicular part 5. Since the roller electrode 4 has a small mass, when introducing the part 5, there are no grooves and notches between the electrodes at the beginning of the seam. Concentric execution of the inlet and outlet channels for the coolant and the presence of a hollow space 14 provides high-quality heat removal from the roller electrode 4 while reducing the mass of the two shoulders of the lever 3.
Using the proposed machine provides a significant increase in the quality of the welded joint by reducing the inertia of the moving nodes.
